Marketo Campaign Sync in Salesforce

Can someone help in Marketo campaign sync with Salesforce. 

Please help me with steps for

1) How to sync existing marketo campaign in Salesforce

2) How to sync new marketo campaign in Salesforce

Harshad,

Build campaign with smart list to say member of program/smart campaign,  flow step "Add to SFDC Campaign" and define the campaign status.

If you are focusing to sync records in SF from a specific Marketo program I'd suggest to sync SF campaign at program level instead. Hope that helps!

Hey thanks Priyank for quick reply. 

I tried to sync at Program level and as per the process suggested by you. The campaign has synced in salesforce but there is no change in member status( clicked and opened).

If that's the case you can create a batch campaign-

Smart List: Member of Program

Flow: Change Status in SFDC Campaign (click to use add choice and define all the statuses that you would want to use).

Eg. -

Choice 1) If Member of Program is Attended

Campaign: SFDC Campaign; new Status is Attended.

FYI, make sure to disconnect SFDC campaign from program level before running the campaign. If SF campaign is in sync at program level it would not allow your campaign to function as per the build and none of the leads would reflect to get their statuses updated.
