Marketo Calendar Permissions

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious, but I can't find anything in the admin tab that allows me to assign the 5 free calendar licenses to users. Does anybody know how to do this?

The ability to assign calendar licenses to users will be released in our August release. Currently scheduled for the 22nd.
