Hi,
We currently have a Marketo and Zoom integration via launchpoint. But because Zoom does not allow you to organise two webinars at the same time we want to integrate a second Zoom account with Marketo via a launchpoint. It did not work and we found this on the Zoom FAQ pages:
'Important: Only 1 Zoom Launchpoint should be created and used for a Zoom account. Creating additional Zoom Launchpoint services will invalidate previous Zoom Launchpoint services and cause associated programs to not work properly with the integration.'
Has anyone else got experience with this? And if so - how did you integrate two Zoom account into one Marketo instance.
Many thanks,
Greg
Hi Gregory,
Unfortunately, is not possible to create 2 different launchpoint for zoom. However, you can link those licences in zoom on your organization and be able to access via the same API.

Hope it helps.

Is this confirmed or has it been changed?
Looks like this is showing otherwise: https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/UJPZxd9sQ8-vOWP7ACfxIQ
We faced the same challenge - we have multiple individuals who can create webinars and are Marketo users. However, when searching for Zoom webinars in Marketo, we saw webinars created by only one individual. We fixed this issue by asking our Zoom administrator to add the email addresses of the additional webinar users to a section of the Zoom-Marketo integration (this screen is in the Zoom user interface). This configuration is controlled by Zoom, not Marketo. You can have multiple users create webinars in Zoom and pull them into Marketo using the same API.
In our case (this may have been random) but we needed to re-authorize Zoom in Marketo for the webinars to resume pulling in after we added the additional users. Hope this helps!
Are you able to show where in Zoom you did that?
