Marketing suspended reason: “Chronically bouncing emails”

What specifically triggers this status? How many bounces is "chronically"?

Hi, @ayaspan!

You likely have an operational campaign that is catching users that are 'Chronically Bouncing' and marking them with this status. I'd recommend going through your Operational Folder if you have one and finding the program associated with the activity.

If you can't find the associated program: go into the Activity log of the lead that has this Marketing Suspended Reason and find the activity line that corresponds with that. There should be a 'Campaign Name' field that shows you exactly what the name of the Operational program is.

Once you find the program, analyze the smart list triggers to see what qualifies the lead for this activity. Hope that helps

Hello @ayaspan

This may be due to several recurring soft bounce activities. Could you please share an example with screenshots?

Also please the category of the previous bounces of that person's activity
