How do I stop a report from running without deleting it? Need to put web activity on hold, until we are fully up and running.

Is it a subscription?  If so you can deactivate the subscription until you are ready to have it sent out.  Go the subscription tab and then remove the activate checkbox.

What do you mean by running? Are you subscribed to a report? Is this report within the analytics tab?
