Loading CSS problem

I try to create a new landing page and the CSS isn't loading, I checked the css is online at the good adress, I really don't get why it isn't loading.

I've experienced this issue before. Try uploading the CSS file to Marketo under the design studio > images and files and use the Marketo URL to link the stylesheet in your landing page template.

I found the solution : to see my css I needed to "confirmed" my template.
