Live Facebook Poll?

Does anyone have a poll live right now on their Facebook page they wouldn't mind sharing? I'm curious to see what it actually looks like live.

Also looking for some examples/use cases here. Any guidelines/best practices on how to setup the polls in facebook? i.e. do you set them up as a tab in your facebook page or do you use an external page and just share it in the wall?
