Lightbox on non-marketo page width issues

I'm testing the lightbox on a non-marketo page and I'm having issues with the width that it is displayed:

Thoughts on why this might be occuring? Definitely not what it looks like when rendered on a normal marketo page:

It seems like the form is trying to size as if it's on a mobile page - the form spanning the width of the page is the default behavior for 2.0 forms on mobile pages.  I'm not a developer, but I noticed some 'mobile page' CSS in your page code - is it possible that is interfering with the form script somehow?
