Leads are not created despite successful munchkin call

All our forms create leads successfuly with the Munchkin API except for this one:

similar.graystyle.hu/knowledgebase/contact/

after submitting the form I get a success response bit the lead is not created, any idea why?

yes, an external devloper who didn't have previous experience with the 'associate lead'

we solved this issue too. was just a matter of the hash key

I'd recommend reaching out to support. I don't see anything obviously wrong with the call, and they'll be able to confirm that everything is right for your subscription.
