Leads activity report link in alert email

I like to know on how do i include a link on all my "alert email", so with a click I can see the leads full activity.

Hi Vik, the token: {{SP_Send_Alert_Info:default=edit me}} should give you what you're looking for.

Thanks for this & it works but is there a wway I can customize this, as now when i added the token (below) it populated a pre canned text which I like to edit.

token: {{SP_Send_Alert_Info} ( i am using this token)
