Hi all,

Can we add Mr, Ms, Mrs before lead first name. i.e. Hello Mr Rajiv, Hello Ms Tina, Hello Mrs. Sonia. I think NO. But if any solution, kindly share with me.

Hey Rajiv,

This is easily done, once you are capturing salutation. Just use the {{lead.Salutation}} token

Eg

Hello {{lead.Salutation}} {{lead.LastName}},

And how to add or ask for lead salutation field on form? i.e. how to capture salutation?

If you are using the mkto editor to create a form, its easily done. Click the + sign on the form. Search for the feild Salutation.

Barry, do marketers add salutation on Form, will it look good asking for salutation on form? What is the best way of salutation for senior most person. (age:50+)
