Hi All! We are currently revamping our lead scoring system and I was wondering if you could please share your lead scoring expiration best practices with me? We are struggling to find an intuitive way to remove scoring without taking the batch approach. Thanks Adele

Clever idea.In each scoring campaign you could add a wait step of four weeks, and then remove 25 points, etc. You might split the flow step so it stops decrementing the scores if the lead status changes.
