Need to have a smart campaign to listen for your named accounts that you're monitoring.
The quickest way is to use a partial email address as your data point.
Create a smart campaign for your first Named account. Add the filter Email Address and have it set for Contains with part of the account email address e.g. Email Address Contains @HP.com or @Apple.com Then add your score flow step. Schedule this to come on once a day to process.
If you want it in real time, add trigger lead created AND use filter Email Address Contains @HP.com or @Apple.com.
Then once a new lead is created AND their email address contains x then your score smart campaign with process that lead.
