Tried that too, stays Default for whatever reason. Results show no actibity found, activity log doesn't show anything either.
Then is is definitely a case for support.

Yes it was, many people experienced it, but it was resolved last night between 7pm to 8pm New Zealand time.

Tash, while we're now once again able to route leads to other partitions, we're still experiencing a major bug. We have one lead partition that is hidden from every workspace (it's where we keep our purposeful duplicates - that originate from CRM contacts - after a duplicate lead is created and routed to the country workspace). When looking at some of the leads in the country lead partitions, it now includes those leads that are also in the Duplicate Contacts partition. So all of our country lead partitions can see some of the duplicates in the "hidden" duplicate partitions. This is hampering our workflows and confusing those smart campaigns that should be using the new lead record in the country partition. Currently working with Support on this.

This problem is not related to ABM! Infact has no relationship with ABM. Lead partition and ABM are not related!
It’s a different problem that caused this issue. Incidentally the time that we enabled ABM was same as the time this issue happened. I checked with the development team who is responsible to fix it and they confirmed the patch is going out soon which will fix this problem.

I am experiencing the same issue.
I'm trying to move leads that are sitting in the Global partition to the US partition from a smart campaign in the Global workspace. The Global WS can see all partitions.
No activity at all shows up in the activity log of leads that should be pulled into the SC.
The only flow step in my SC was 'change lead partition'.
