lead owner not syncing from salesforce queue

When an inbound lead fills out a form on our website with a specific type of "company type" we assign them to a Salesforce queue, which then assigns them to a rep via "round-robin." I'm having a problem where when I do this the owner is being assigned in salesforce, but that assignment isn't syncing back over to Marketo, so the Marketo reason appears to not have an owner.

Flow is below: If company type is x then assign to Data Queue.

Thoughts on why that info isn't syncing back over? Is it because another change has to happen to the record to initiate it to sync back over?
