Also, and sorry for all the questions, do you typically sync all of these programs to campaigns in Salesforce? Is that a best practice? Not sure what is overkill for campaign syncing and what is best just to live in Marketo.
1) The lightbulb with the green arrow shows up when you drag the program into an engagement program.
2) I sync the individual email cast programs to SFDC campaigns for reporting goodness. (If it can influence a lead and be considered its own initiative/program/piece of content, I turn it into a program and sync with SFDC!)
