I have read through the Product Doc, still not able to find satisfactory information on following topics on MCE exam (under lead management)

Below some help on the topics you highlighted:
[Macarena] This section refers to the input different departments within an organisation will have in creating a lead scoring model (e.g. Marketing team, Sales team, etc.). Different departments should participate in different ways, providing their more relevant input.

Because the MCE is a scenario-based exam is testing if you know all the possible solutions to a specific problem/situation.
