Im showing that some contacts under an account with an Opp have lead lifecycle stage of SQO while others are in Recycle. Is there a way to have everyone automatically move to the highest stage that any contact within an account is at? My sales team is getting alerts for 'recycled' leads that they are working with on open opps. Not good.
I'm interested in this topic as well. Overall, how are people managing lead stages once a SFDC lead is converted to a contact/account? If an account is a customer, how are stages managed for new opportunities? Should contact status = account status?
