When creating custom filters for lead activity logs do other users have access to them?  If not by default, is there a way to allow this?

Hello Jack,

From what I've experienced, this filter does not stick from user to user.

I went ahead and tested this on my instance just to make sure and the custom filtered view was not shared amongst multiple users.

To test:
1. Create/Invite a new user (with admin access)
2. Log in this newly created user and change the activity log view for a lead (Lead A)
3. Log in with my original user and went to the activity log view for Lead A
4. The view showed no filtered results

The same goes for when saving a custom view.  The custom view is only available on a per user basis.

Hello Jack,

Let me know when it's up as I'd like to vote for it myself.

JT, I did not think so but wanted to check to see if anyone else knew about a way to share these filters with other users.  Since this does not appear to be possible I will create a new idea.

Thanks

The question is, if one user creates a custom filter in the activity log do other users have access to them?

Hi Jack,

Admin settings have the option to set user privileges. You can define access for users from Admin settings
