Landing page stuck on "saving"

Hi,

This is not for the time I have this issue and I don't know if it's related to Marketo (or my internet connection) and how to solve it. I have just done a minor change on a landing page (replace url behind form).
The page never switchs to "auto-saved" and when I'm trying to close windows, I have following pop-up (notification that my data will be lost).

I have tried to close page and re-edit it, unlog and relog, do test on another page, nothing is working...

Can somebody help?

Same issue here. It seems to have gotten worse lately.

I am on 11 minutes waiting for it to save for the page that I am editing right now.

It is extremely annoying to have to close it and re-do all of my changes. I have to set aside much more time than should be necessary when I have landing page work to do.

I've been seeing this same issue today and many times during the last few weeks. If I wait about 5-10 minutes it (usually) finally comes back to life and auto-saves, but it's a huge productivity killer. Don't know why they can't have a "manual save" override button.

If your page is stuck on saving, try making another, very minor edit (add and remove a comma, for example) on that page and give it a bit of time to update. It worked for me a few times.

Hi,

It rehappened since. In all cases, this occured after having updated a series of landing pages but those times I either just had to close window and re-open or updates were saved anyway, even if there was no auto-saved status.... spooky

Hey all,

I just wanted to chime in here. We did have an issue related to this but it has been fixed. Please post back if it isn't resolved.

That was my issue as well, it would just grey out. Once i started a new landing page everything seemed to be working properly. Definitely on the Marketo side. Very buggy yesterday.

I had so many issues with Marketo and it started during the weekend.  I thought it was due to our slow connection, but it really is on the Marketo side.

Yesterday I also encountered issues with changing images. The screen stayed greyed out.

Marketo (overall) has been very slow for me today, so maybe (hopefully) it'll be better tomorrow!

I'm having issues with this as well right now. trying to switch out creative on my landing page and i'm not even getting a message popping up it just stays stuck and when i refresh, it doesn't make the change. I've tried in two separate browsers now and i'm hooked up via ethernet so i know its not my connection. Is there some kind of bug going on with landign pages right now?

@ Kim: I'm juste doing 1 single change so I cannot do intermediate savings but I will try with another browser...

I also get this probably 1/3 of the time. A few things help: either save more often (close out of it and back in) or sometimes using IE helps (not sure why).

I have to wait a lot most of the time. This is also the case for editing flow steps.

I get this more like 65/100 times. The editor is garbage and should be one of the highest priorities on the Marketo roadmap.

This happens to me maybe 1/100 times. Usually it's when I've made a ton of edits and I want to cry. But mine is usually solved once I close, re-open and re-edit.
