Hi,
I set up a new program to lead people to our landing page and do a form fill out in order to get the video content.
I created a LP Performance Report and it only shows me 2 conversions. Although, in the Member-tab of my program, I see that 6 people have filled out the form already.
When I create a smart list, I also get the same number as in the members tab. (Also, as it was only 6 people, I checked their activity log and see they all filled in the form on the landing page)
Any explanation, why the reports are so inexact compared to the smart lists? I know there can be differences, but the report only captures 20% which is quite a difference.
