I have a ReadyTalk webinar synced with a Marketo program. We are sending all confirmation emails through our own template in Marketo. We didn't experience any problems until yesterday, when I noticed more and more emails had a failed deliverability. The emails were listed as 'soft bounce.' I don't believe our email message is too large, as we have been able to send them successfully in the past.
As a work-around I went into ReadyTalk and manually sent the confirmation email to all the affected registrants.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone else had trouble with this?
