Issues with Folder Structures With Programs

Has anyone else noticed issues when saving items locally to a program folder? 
In the past few days I've tried to create a local asset in a program, but nothing shows up in the drop-down menu for folder options unless I refresh multiple times.

I'm not having a problem with the drop-down list of folders being displayed when creating a new landing page or email in a program.
