Issue with url

Hi,

My UK colleague has promoted a survey and some recipients couldn't access it (not found page). I have checked the email and everything is fine but it seems that some leads were seeing url with marketo code
http://mkto-k0023.com/http:/www.surveymonkey.com/s/TCUK13

Have you already experienced this issue? Do you know the reason?

I woudl recommend that you call Support so that they can troubleshoot this issue.

I ran into this issue with one of my clients.  The survey monkey URLs need to have the mktNoTrack class added to the link.  Follow this article here: http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KyqCCAS

Using the mktNoTrack class will disable tracking for that link.  I just did a test though, and it looks like if you use a url shortener like bit.ly, the survey monkey link will work like normal.  I am not sure why survey monkey links don't work with Marketo tracking.  Perhaps Marketo can weigh in?

FYI I have contacted support and there was an identified bug during the time frame my colleague promoted the surveymonkey link. Issue should be fixed now.
