Is there any way to change the minimum requirements to push leads to SFDC

Hi, 

I would need to push leads to SFDC even if they are missing company name, is it possible to change this minimum requirement?

Yes this can be changed in the Admin settings under "Sync Options".  You'll need to add a placeholder name like [company unknown]
