Is it possible to have a smart list for companies w/ more than one lead?

I'm looking to build some kind of report or smart list showing companies with two or more leads. Inferred company would work too, or even email domain.

We figured out a way to do a lead count by company in SFDC, then bring it back down to Marketo in a custom field.
