Is it possible to change program type?

Hi All,

Is it possible to change program from Email to Live Event or do I need to start from the beginning?

I've tried to change chanel in settings, it did not work.

If there is an easy way, can you please advise.

Hi,

It is not possible to change program type, each program has its own features.

You can change the program channel (if you don't have members in it), but not the type.

to change the channel, not only the program has to have no members, but you also have to remove all "change program status" flow steps referring to this program.

And Ronen is right, changing the type (event, vs email, vs engagement, vs default) is impossible.

Unfortunately, since the program types are different, you would have to start from scratch, but you should be able to clone your assets from the old program to the new one.
