When I send myself test emails and click the box to send a text-only version as well, the text-only version comes up blank in my email. I've tested in a variety of emails providers and it keeps coming in blank. When I preview the text version in Marketo, it displays correctly. I reached out to customer support and they are saying this is how it is supposed to work, but I wanted to know is that really is true. When we tested things in the past, things worked fine and we recieved both an HTML and a text version. Any ideas? Is this happening to anyone else?
