You should definitely like my idea here:
Might try the following if you haven't already before creating a support case:
- is it happening with any smart campaign? Make a new one to test.
- is it happening if you clear your cookies or use an incognito window in your browser?
- is it happening in a different browser? (Chrome v. Firefox v. IE)
- is it happening on a different device? Log in with your coworker's computer and try it (remember to log out when you're done).
If you do open a support ticket, be sure to include the results from the above. Otherwise, they'll likely start by asking you the same questions and the case will take longer to resolve.
Weird, haven't seen that one. Did you log a support ticket yet so that we can dig into that?

I can't because my support admin is out of town. I have admin permissions in my instance, but I can't submit a ticket and It is frustrating
