Is it possible to pre-record a presentation for an interactive webinar and is there good documentation on that? We want to run one, but want the speakers presentation to be pre-recorded and just run when the live event happens.

Yes — you can run a pre-recorded presentation inside a Marketo Interactive Webinar. Adobe calls this Simulated Live delivery, where the audience experiences the event as if it were live, but the core presentation is pre-recorded.
