Hi, Damian:
For your inflated page views on your home page, this might be from trying to add new tracking codes. I see for instance that there are two separate Google Analytics tracking codes on your Drupal site (www.utest.com), which might be part of the problem.
As for why the blog is not showing the Munchkin code, that is because you have a different content management system on the subdomain. You're using Drupal for the main site and WordPress for the blog. The WordPress blog site is entirely separate from the main site, so adding a tracking code for the main site has no relationship to the tracking code for the WordPress subdomain.
Your web developer would need to add the Munchkin code to WordPress. I don't believe there is an ideal plugin to recommend solely for Munchkin, but I'm a fan of segment.io on my personal sites. It's a plugin and website that integrates many different tracking codes into one plugin. As you have Crazy Egg for your main Drupal site, you could integrate this into your WordPress blog subdomain as well.
