Images disappearing when I add a link

Hello!

First time posting in this forum.

I'm adding a few images in an email and would like those to be clickable and redirect to our landing page. However after i've added the link, the editor as well as the preview doesn't load the image. See screenshot below. Any ideas on why this is happening?

I've tried to reupload the images with different names, and still the same results.

We need some more information to be able to help you. Are you using email editor v1 or v2 ?

What email template are you using?

If the image is showing up before you add the link, you may have an issue with how you added the link. Like Jesper mentioned, it would be easier to help with more information. Can you also send a screenshot of how you are adding the link? If you can click on the html tab and send a screen shot of your coding that would be helpful as well!

What are the names of your images? Do they contain spaces? If so, try removing the spaces and see if that solves your problem.

We managed to fix the issue by editing the code. But yes, the image names contained spaces so i'll remove them next time and see if that resolves it.
