I have created this report, but I need to add additional fields to the RHS, basically, I need a report:
1) who signed up today
2) all the data they entered into a specific form
3) emailed to me and my colleagues
4) downloadable into Excel.
Sorry must a Friday morning thing, but I just can't see how to do this.

No, it's not. In fact, if I understand well, what you want to get is a combination of lead info and activities. You will either have to use RCE or to extract all this data using the API.

It work, yes, but you will not have the details of what the lead has done. ANd of course, you can have various smart lists and gather them in your excel spreasheet
