How to view responses in open-answer form field

I set up a webinar registration form and included a section where registrants can submit questions before the webinar begins. How can I track and view these responses? Thank you!

Solution 1

1. Create a smart list for which the field is not empty.
2. Add this field to the "view", i.e. the fields displayed when looking at the leads list
3. Export the smart list or subscribe to it to receive it in your mail box

Solution 2:

• Create a lead performance report
• Group by the field in which the answers are stored
• Export the report or subscribe to it
