We recently changed the nomenclature for several fields. We have confirmed that there is no leads in Marketo with the old data. It has been a week since we completed this project but we still see the old nomenclature as options when building smart lists. How do remove the data we no longer want?
For example:
Field = Current plan type
Is
Old choice = Starter or Standard or Enterprise
New choice = Silver or Gold or Platinum
When I build a list looking for all leads of a current plan type all 6 options are visible. I want to remove the options that are no longer relevant (Starter, Standard, and Enterprise) .
This is a simple example, the reason we are trying to remove options from the list is because in several instances we have 20+ options that are now down to less than 10, but we still have to scroll through all the old options. This also renders the function “Add All” useless.
