How to Remove Custom MSCRM Fields from Lead Form

I have removed some of the fields from Synchronization for MSCRM in Marketo, but i Still see these fields in Lead Page in Marketo. All the fields are custom MSCRM fields, does any one know how to hide these fields in Marketo?

Go to Admin > Field Management > Custom Layout Designer tab > right click the custom field you want to delete > select "delete"

I'm not sure if this will answer your question, but have you tried "Admin" -> "Field Management" -> Select the field in the right pane -> select "Field Actions" drop down list -> "Hide Field".
