In the Get Started Guide (http://developers.marketo.com/blog/quick-start-guide-for-marketo-rest-api/), I see in the New Service the Service field has a option Custom. But in our account we didn't see that Custom option. Do you know how can we get that option show up?
I think if you're on Spark edition, the API is not enabled. If you're not on Spark edition, you should probably file a ticket so they can enable it for you.
You need to have provisioned an API only user before this option becomes available.
I got this error when I tried to create a case.
