You can create a smart list and use the filter "Acquisition Program" and select the program name. Then in the top tab press Leads and you will see a list of those that were acquired through your email campaign.
since these folks were already in your revenue cycle and you sent them an email the best way to do this would be to look at a programs "success" stat.
