since these folks were already in your revenue cycle and you sent them an email the best way to do this would be to look at a programs "success" stat. Now if you are considering it a lead based on Sales Acceptance Criteria you would build a smart list filtering on member of a program and lead status = SAL or wahatever you are using to close the loop with Sales...
You can create a smart list and use the filter "Acquisition Program" and select the program name. Then in the top tab press Leads and you will see a list of those that were acquired through your email campaign.
