How to create Clink Link Trigger.

Hi,

I want to create Clink Link trigger in Marketo?
But not able to add that in activites.

You need to create a new smart campaign in the Marketing Activities tab of Marketo.  Then in its Smart List tab, find the Clicks Link trigger in the Triggers and Filters list in the right column and drag it into the work area in the left column similar to the screen shot below.  Then define the criteria for that trigger.

Are you trying to use the trigger in a standalone smart list rather than a smart list within a smart campaign?  Triggers are only supported in smart campaign's smart list section.  Please attach a screen shot of the screen where you are not able to add a Click Link trigger.

Your smart campaign appears to be configured properly.  In fact anyone that clicks a link on your website or a Marketo landing page should be sent the email, since you don't have any other filters specified in the smart campaign's smart list.

You can gain additional insight into what is being tracked by visiting a Marketo landing page and any of your web pages that have munchkin tracking code on them.  After doing so, are Visit Web Page activities logged into the Activity Log of your lead record?  If not, you may not have the munchkin code properly implemented on your website or the browser may have tracking disabled.  The Marketo isn't Tracking Leads help article explains how to override this.

If the Visit Web Page activities are logged, click a link on your website (e.g. a button to request a resource, a navigation control to another page, etc.  After doing so are Click Link activities logged into the Activity Log of your lead record?  If so, do you see a record of your smart campaign being triggered and trying to send the email?

Finally, are there any campaign members listed when you click the Campaign Members link in your smart list?

Thanks for the reply.
I tried every thing, Activites are logged for Visit Web Page, Send Email but not for Click Link.
I checked , there is no Campaign members in the list.

Can you please tell me how to solve this.

At this point, you should open a case with Marketo tech support, who can interactively see what is going on with your website and Marketo tracking.  Sorry I couldn't help you resolve this.
