How long does iPad Event App sync take to show up in Marketo?

Is it not instant? I'm testing a few thing and while the sync has been succesful, the new lead i entered is not showing up anywhere.

No there is no way to configure this currently.

Cheryl, i think I figured it out. The app requires 5 fields and if any are left blank it will not snyc over although no error is displayed.

Is there a way to adjust WHICH fields should be requested in the app?

Hmm.  Something is not right.  Could you give support a call?  This one is a bit difficult to troubleshoot via the community.

Yes exactly, I used the NEW LEAD function and still nothing.

So you used the "new lead" function in the iPad Check in app?  If so, they can be added directly to the program.  Otherwise, in order to check someone in, they must already be a member of the program and you will see the list of leads on the left hand side of the check in app.

Not at all, I've refreshed and resynched several times. The lead itself does not exist in Marketo even. (was brand new from the iPad app). Does the lead have to be IN the program for them to be checked in? This one is totally new./

The sync should take seconds once you hit the "sync" inside the iPad Check in App.  You don't see the lead in the members tab for the program the event is connected to?
