I have not been able to find any documentation on how status is calculated in Sales Insight. Our statuses are opportunity statuses of opportunities in the account. But it's not the last opportunity or the last opportunity that contact belongs to. I am stumped! Any tips are appreciated.
Do you mean the "Status Header" in the Best Bets view?
I couldn't find much more documentation on this than this page: Priority, Urgency, Relative Score, and Best Bets - Marketo Docs - Product Docs But from observation, it seems when the person is a lead in SFDC, the Status Header shows the lead status and when the lead is converted, it shows the last opportunity stage the contact has been associated with.
