I have heard mixed reviews of their workflow diagram interface. Some love it, some find it odd. I haven't used it myself since a demo 3 years ago though.

Haha yeah this isn't exactly an unbiased group of marketing automation users. Go Marketo! That said, there is a group called Marketing Automation Experts that may be a good reference.
