How do you stop a SFDC task when someone unsubscribes to a prior email?

Is there a trigger or contraint I'm missing?

Hi Gene! You can setup a smart campaign trigger that removes them from the smart campaign that creates the SFDC task when someone unsubscribes from email. Hope this helps.
