A bit off topic fo Marketo, but I really like this community so I figured I'd ask here first.
In the age of Infographics, I'd like to make better graphs & charts than Excel. I specifically want the file to be a vector based drawing such that it's editable in Illustrator. It doesn't have to be .ai, but .eps or .svg file format possibilities preferred.
Of course AI has a tool for limited graph production, but I'm not so happy with the results. I can merely create an excel graph & paste it into illustrator and retrace it, but this is really time inefficient. I'm looking for something to easily produce nice graphical charts based on data calculations. And I should be able to export the file into an editable vector format.
As far as making HTML graphs on the fly, I'm really happy with
Graphix the script I bought at Code Canyon. Once you tweak the CSS to improve the styling it's quite nice. And the animations work in IE7, which is a requirement for my industry. //sIEgh//
