How do you apply a non-Marketo form in a campaign?

Hi Kam,

what do you mean "apply a non Marketo form"? If it's a non Marketo form you want to use and have then leads added to the smart campaign you should use the forms 2.0 API and submit a form in the background. See Make a Marketo Form Submission in the background
