How do I make the BODYbodyid smaller in landing page creation?

 It seems to be stuck at 1136px.

Marketo does not seem to be mobile repsonsive. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am trying to create a landing page that will look good in mobile but I need the BODY#bodyid to be smaller, 800px or so. How do I go about doing this?

I am fighting this as well. Anyone have an answer or am I just daft and missing something. I try changing the bodyid width and it just doesn't take.

In my case I'm trying to embed a landing page in an iframe outside of MKTO and struggling to make it show up without scroll bars and ugly formatting.
