How do I grant a role or user access to the "Email" and "Run History" sections of a Smart Campaign? I'd like the users to be able to view their high level results but I can't seem to find the trigger for this security access in the Roles.
I didn't even know this was hidden for some users. I assumed if they had access to programs in Marketing Activities, these tabs would be available to the users. I wonder if it has something to do with also having Lead Database privileges.
Neither did I know that was controlled.
Have the user the "schedule batch" and "activate trigger" permission (in the marketing activities permission section) ?
