How do I find people info from a Report?

Basic question but, how do I find out people info in a report?

I can only see the total number of people that download a piece of content. But I want to drill down and find out their names.

Hi Natasha,

Based on your requirements, I think it would be better to run a Smart List with the filter "Filled out Form" or whatever is your criteria and in the "People" tab you can identify all the records that meet this criteria.

You can then edit the "View" to get the fields that you require into your list.

My challenge is that my book a demo form was not built in Marketo, so when I using this filter it is not pulling the right people.

Do you know if I can use Campaign was requested like below:

Hi Natasha,

Yes you can use the Campaign was Requested filter in the way you displayed, but it will only show the records that have gone through the "request campaign" flow step.

But the question remains what is your actual criteria? I am assuming that since you find the data does not match with what you expect, then running a "campaign was requested" filter is not the right criteria.

Can you please provide a little more background on what is your criteria?
