Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone has toyed with protecting content used in Marketo from hotlinking from another source? Ideally, if someone opens a PDF I'm storing in Marketo I'd like to redirect them to the Landing Page if they got the URL for my PDF from somewhere/someone else.
Seems like something that would be accomplished by using a "Htaccess" file, but does Marketo support these?
In order to use a .htaccess file you would need access to the directories where your files are stored, at the server level. Which, at least to my knowledge, Marketo does not allow.
I don't think this is possible within Marketo right now. You could do it with the right server-side settings if you hosted the files yourself. Also, it might be a good idea to file.
